Ballard Residence

Extensive remodel of a 1911 farmhouse executed to maintain the original characteristics of the structure and detailing. The house was raised off its original wood foundation to accommodate for a new concrete foundation and a 625 square foot full-height basement with an exterior entrance. An additional 950 square feet was added to the rear of the house to provide for a family room on the main level and master suite on the upper level.
