Phinney Ridge Residence

This project included the expansion to an existing dormer to a 1920's Craftsman Style house to accommodate for an additional bathroom with minimum impact to the exterior envelope while maintaining period aesthetics. The second floor layout was reconfigured to utilize the existing bathroom as the master bathroom. The front porch was entirely rebuilt with appropriate detailing. The back porch was removed and rebuilt to provide a covered outdoor dining area.
